Force TLS 1.2 in EveryonePrint

How-to Force TLS 1.2 in EveryonePrint

  • Stop EveryonePrint Web Service
  • Make a backup copy of the file: ...\EveryonePrint\ntsrv\eopweb.conf
  • Open the file with Notepad or similar editor
  • Look for lines 'in bold' with Dhttps.protocols and Deop.tls (or add the lines with correct numbering sequence) in the section "Java Additional Parameters"
  • Make sure to remove any "#" before the lines:

# Java Additional Parameters

  • Save
  • Start the EveryonePrint Web service

Also you need to upgrade to 4.3.0 or later (if error persist regarding SSL in Mobile Gateway, uninstall and reinstall EOP)
